What should happen? Normal orderStock reserved, card charged, email sent. Card declinedPayment fails, the saga gives the stock back. Payment too slowThe order times out first; the late charge is blocked. Catalog is downPub/Sub retries, then dead-letters; the order times out.

Scenarios only affect your own order. First order after a quiet spell is slower: the services and databases are waking up from zero.
